Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Because cannabis is a biological product, individual buds (flower) will vary in shape, size, and exact color from batch to batch. The photo on the website is typically a professional shot of a "representative" sample of that specific strain. 

Many dispensaries use "stock" photos provided by the brand (like Wyld, Jeeter, or Stiiizy). While the product inside is the same, the THC/CBD percentages and terpene profiles will vary by batch. The specific numbers on the physical label you receive are the most accurate for that individual item.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Physical Receipt: You receive a printed LIV receipt at the time of your purchase or delivery. or you can check my account page if you'r a memeber 

How can I return an item?

Specific return instructions for cannabis products are often handled in-person due to state regulations, but generally:

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need your original LIV sales receipt.

  • Condition: Products typically must be unopened and in their original packaging to be considered for a return or exchange.

  • Defective Items: If you have a defective product (like a faulty vape cartridge), it is best to bring it back to the specific location where it was purchased.

  • Note: There is a separate "LIV-Store" online that sells apparel/merchandise with a 15-day return policy, but for cannabis products from the dispensary, policies are much stricter and often varies by location.

  • Delivery Locations: Select areas around Detroit, Ferndale, Grand Rapids, Lake Orion, Lansing, and Westland.

     
  • Restrictions: Delivery is restricted to residential addresses only (no businesses or public places). A minimum purchase (typically $50) is required for delivery.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order before it is processed or dispatched, it is recommended to call the specific dispensary location directly.
